Civil Rights Violations by the Scottsdale PoliceOn 4:40 a.m. Tuesday September 15, 2009 I was falsely arrested by at least 7 Scottsdale cops. They arrested me for a little over an hour. They never told me why I was arrested. They illegally searched me and my wallet. privacy rights violatedThese are the notes I wrote down after they released me. A copy of the lawsuit HTML Format (Word Format) One of the cops stole my handcuff key. This is the first time I have been involved in an armed robbery where a cops steals my handcuff key. The cops may have stole some of my money when they took it from me. But they didn't count the money when they took it from me like they usually do. They just returned my stolen money in a plastic bag like they returned everything else to me. Well everything else execpt the handcuff key they stole. Police compile secret dossiers on people that make complaints! Cops and prosecutors lie all the time to frame innocent people and send them to prison. Will the Supreme Court agree with the cops and say you don't have no stinking 5th Amendment right around cops? 25 years on death row as a result of a forced false confession? In this this story FBI thugs behave just like the Scottsdale police did and say that a suspected criminal doesn't have any stinking Constitutional rights including the Fifth Amendment right to remain silent. Bottom line ALL police agencies are corrupt and think us serfs don't have ANY Constitutional rights. |
