Falsely Arrested by Scottsdale Police

Notes I took during Stottsdale Police Civil Rights Violations

I forgot to add the notes where they locked me into a hot cop car with the windows rolled up and the engine turned off which ment the ac was not running. I had a coat and a sweatshirt on so it was very hot!

Later one of the pigs rolled up a window.

This is a crime in itself.

I was falsely arrested and had my civil rights violated at about 4:40 or 4:45 a.m. on Sept 15, 2009. This is my bus ticket. It expired at the end of that day.

I also forgot to add the notes about the pig with the black gloves who seemed to be telling me he was going to beat me up with them for thinking I had constitutional rights!

When I was handcuffed and locked in the cop car the femail cop removed my hat and appeared to be taking pictures of me with a cell phone or small camera.

I remember there was a keyboard on the device.

I saw some adds for cell phones in todays Arizona Republic and the keys on the device the woman cop was takeing pictures of me resemble the keys on a Blackberry cellphone.

I bet the woman police officer either has her own Blackberry cell phone, or she was using a Blackberry cell phone issued to her by the Scottsdale Police Department.

Either way I don't like women I don't know taking off my clothes and taking photos of me. I hate it even more when jackbooted women police officers remove my clothes while I am handcuffed and take photos of me.

Remember the cop who parked his car on 68th Street then stood on the corner where he put on a pair of black gloves and then made a fist with one black glove and then punched his other hand with the black glove while he stared at me with a look on his face that said "look motherf*cker we are cops and if you don't answer our questions we will beat the krap out of you".

Was it cold enough to wear gloves that day?

According to the weather bureau on September 15, 2009 the day I was arrested the high was 99°F (37°C) at 2:52 p.m. That weather was certainly too hot to require wearing gloves to keep warm.

OK I was arrested in the morning at about 4:40 a.m. The low that morning on September 15, 2009 was 78°F (25.5°C) at 7:15 a.m. Since I was arrested two hours and a half hours before the low of the day at 4:40 a.m. it was a couple degrees hotter. 78°F (25.5°C) is certainly too warm to require a person to wear gloves to keep warm. When I was arrested it was maybe 80°F (26.5°C), again still a little bit too warm to require wearing gloves to keep warm.

So the whole purpose of the cop wearing gloves and punching his fist into his hand while the cop was staring at me with a mean look on his face was to terrify me into thinking that if I didn’t give up my 5th Amendment rights and answer the police questions that I would be beat up! Most likely, almost positively.

On the other hand maybe the cop will say in court he was going to help an unknown friend working at Circle K unload a truck. Or some other lie! Police officers can come up with some amazing lies!

Here is a graph of the Phoenix tempatures from Sept 14 to Sept 27 in the month of September 2009. Notice according to the graph on September 15, which is the day I was arrested, the min temp was about 75°F and the max temp was about 100°F. That agrees with the data from NOAA

Phoenix min and max temps from Sept 14 to Sept 27 2009 - On Sept 15 the low was about 75F and the high was about 100F

One bus driver told me that Mary was a witness to the police crime that day.

I saw Mary last night and she confirmed that she did see the police falsely arrest me and violate my civil rights.

She was taking the bus to work when she saw me.

She said when she first saw me I was being forced by the police to sit on the sidewalk.

She said she saw the police handcuff me and throw me into the back of a police car.

She saw the woman pig open a trunk of a cop car and get something out.

So if the Scottsdale police lie and deny handcuffing me and throwing me into a cop car Mary can dispute that.

Mary said she wanted to cover over and tell the cops that I was a "good guy" and she sees me all the time.

Of course I told Mary that would not have done any good. The only thing the cops wanted to do was get my name so they could run it thru a computer to see if I had any warrants out for my arest.

I don't know if I put this in my notes already but the tall skinny guy who works at Circle K was also a witness to my false arrest by the Scottsdale Police

When I talked to him he said a number of people working at Circle K that morning witnessed my false arrest by the Scottsdale Police.

He was leaving work around 5:00 a.m. as he always does and he said he walked by me as I was being forced to sit on the sidewalk by the Scottsdale Police. At that point in time I had not been handcuffed.

The big tall Indian guy at Circle K was the first guy I talked to about my false arrest and my civil rights being violated by the Scottsdale Police in front of the Circle K.

He wasn't working at the store when I was falsely arrested by the Scottsdale police. But he told them the employees who were working did notice my arrest. He said they didn't know it was me. He said that thought it was some major crime, after all there were 8 cop cars there and probably even more cops.

I asked one of the women who work at Circle K if they had cameras on the outside of the store so I could get video tapes of the false arrest. She said they didn't. She said they only have cameras inside the store.

Probably at least 8 cops falsely arrested an violated my civil rights. Here are the names of 3 of the cops

  • Officer K Savage #1145 - the female pig
  • Officer D Chilcuzk #1164 - he is a big guy and a real mean jerk , he was probably the guy driving that big, big dark unmarked car that stopped me
  • Officer A Brunjes #1302 - He is smaller then the first guy
One of the unmarked Scottsdale police cars had this Arizona license plate
